This is not a religious issue.
This is a combination of ignorance, greed, power and a lack of empathy on the part of their leadership. This is the way they like it too. Education, not laptops or continual feeding them is the answer. There is no hope for Africa until they have hope for themselves. And you don't need religion to have hope.
