This is one of the few articles voicing an viewpoint which hasn't been submerged by the unprececedented level of spin around the delay in release of Vista.
It is big news. In a year where Apple has gained relevance for being a company meeting it's hardware and software goals, Microsoft has shown itself to be incapable of doing either.
