A couple of things
1. Security is a moving target - You could delay forever by changing security stuff every time a new exploit exposes problems.

2. I thought Riska was DESIGNED FROM THE START with SECURITY IN MIND. Why would you have to "spend extra time" perfecting security, if you designed it from the beginning to be secure? I suspect that Riska is just a reheated leftover of Windoze XP - and never was "designed" for anything other than MORE FEATURES.
