Either that or you must be a contrarian investor. Most analysts are "buy" and "long" on MSFT:

But, if you truly believe that the only new feature Vista has is transparent windows, you must not have done your research. I would caution against investing in stocks without any knowledge on the underlying fundamentals. Especially if you choose to short since your losses are theoretically unbounded.

If you are curious, the link I posted in the first comment includes a whole bunch of info on Vista. Or can you use any of the sites above to get a more informed opinion.
