This really depends
When discussing a Fisher-Price Desktop. People are flocking to Mac because the desktop looks toyish, but also fluid. Windows tries to emulate that, but usually ends up clunky.

I have switched back and forth between several OSes and find that I like the SuSE the best. I need to get my SuSE box back up and going again.
