- The whole world is waiting ...
- for a Linux desktop that will be able to make use of over a decade of legacy Windows software. Until that happens, there is going to be little progress on the desktop no matter how magnificent the UI becomes. Ease of use without available applications won't cut the mustard. So, while the fact they are making some progress on the device side is welcome news, the application side remains the achilles heel.
