You prove you do not work here by this post. We have an agreement with all of our IT staff that makes it illegal for them to look for other jobs in the IT field. Our employment agreement is so complex that the avg MCSE would need a team of lawyers to decipher it. One of my MCSEs tried to resign last year and we filed so many lawsuits, we drove him into bankruptcy. What usually happens is my rep and I notice a certain MCSE/MCSD is not committed to the program and I terminate him on the spot. My rep and I are off to breakfast to celebrate the new work we are doing around VIsta.
