This is great news! OK, well, it's at least hyper-adequate news. Darn, now I'm worried about being over the top in acknowledging that you seem to be announcing that you have finally broken the clue barrier but that having done so you aren't happy about it.

Anyway, now I can forget all the old ravings concerning how linsux is unstable, can't actually install, doesn't actually work, etc., etc., etc. and go with your new expert assessment that it's not worth the time to even try it 'cause it's too much trouble.

What you failed to do was to post an equal number of updates to the previous wisdom you offered when you finally DID figure it out.

Can you enlighten us as to how long ago the light came on and you were able to achieve the same results as millions of other linsux users (except for the fact that they didn't find it not worth the effort)?

I yearn to accept that point as much as the fact that I have wasted the last 13 years using it.
