Sad stuff
Microsoft just can't seem to get out of its own way. The low-cost version of Windows didn't have to be low on features, too. Of course they could have taken some of the bloat out, but that doesn't have anything to do with how many windows a user should be able to open at one time. It's just silly.

Instead of Microsoft calling this version 'Starter Edition', it would have been more accurately names 'Stunted Edition.'
