From what I've read, the only thing Rove really needs to worry about at this point is perjury charges. We don't know what he's already told the grand jury, but if it turns out he told them that he never talked to Cooper about Joe Wilson's wife....Well, he's got a problem. I would find it surprising, to say the least, if he made that blunt a statement (rather than something more nuanced, like, "I never revealed the identity of a covert CIA agent to Cooper."), but it's possible that he could get nailed for that. As far as getting convicted (or probably even indicted) for "outting" a CIA agent, I think the chances are (to use the analogy again) about as good as me wooing the aforementioned Ms. Diaz. wink
