Within a half hour..
..we're going to get a ZDNet article with a title kinda like "IT managers feel positive about outsourcing, looking to outsource more jobs"..

..and a half hour from then we'll get an article like "IT workers upbeat about salary/job prospects"..

..and a half hour from then we'll get an article with a title like "IT workers being laid off in record numbers"..

I love the ZDMerry-Go-Round!
