Mostly because most of the Chinese who do basic research carry
it out in USA and Europe. However in the last 5 years the tight
has turned. I now see many Chinese going back to China. This
year China received twice as much foreign investment as the USA
but last year it was the opposite.

Let's keep sleeping the sweet sleep of complacency...
