So much for people complianing of "low quality" work
As the article points out, 2/3 of CMM Level-5 companies are Indian! Good Lord! So much for people complaining of low-quality products. It seems to me that these people are biased, jingos or just plain-vanilla racist... or unemployed. As an American with a decent stock/401-K portfolio and in the Constulting industry, I just have to wonder how long the programming work in IT can be sustained in the US. Just as Nike designs shoes in the US and manufactures them in China, I think the same will happen to software... and we'll all be better of. What, with qualified people working in CMM-5 organizations, one of the biggest problems left may be... ironically, Management!
