Something is not honest

In a another article, Americans are not getting the education needed to meet tech demands. The education system in the country has fallen behind even some 3rd world countries. Then why are immigrants coming to America to get their education, especially from those countries that have surpassed us in the education system? I think this whole global thing is to bring Americans pay to the level of the 3rd world, and then bring the jobs back.
