Absurd

Just for your information. Foreign students do pay every penny for their education (through their own money or through loans from american institutions).
As for your idea of people becoming US citizens if they want to take advantage of your systems I could not agree more. Unfortunately that is not US seems to want. I have been here for 4 years now on H1-B paying taxes without any representation and trying to get a greencard and I have met all the possible and impossible obstacles to get it. Meanwhile I have run into countless uneducated illegal imigrants that have gotten their greencards through some loophole or amnesty.
I have yet to believe that America really wants educated and hardworking people. Look at Canada's imigration policy ...
