this story is yet another example of tax dollars going to fund public re-education projects. the fed would have us believe that IT jobs are not really going overseas where labor is cheap. and they are inventing ways of masaging numbers to prove this hypothesis. in engineering we call this fudging. the common term for it is lying. by excluding any layoff that was not more than 50 people they dropped off the majority of the numbers under the bell curve and distorted their statistics to prove their point. and the article failed to analyze this properly. blindly spounting statistics without a critical expert opinion is tantamount to collusion.
