I couldn't have expressed it better myself.. There is an enormous number of foreign born scientists in the USA. And it grows everyday with more and more H1B and "other" visa's being freely dooled-out. An acknowledged ABUSED system.

Green card or NOT, if they want to return home for a better way of life they will. An with the boot-up into USA businesses the corporations have given them they have all the incentive to do so. Training here and then eventually shipping those jobs overseas has been a staple of the GREED Filled US Corporations. Jobs lost ==> taxes lost. If the US congress want's to do something right ... Eliminate the income tax and put in place the fair (sales) tax. That way everybody gets taxed, NO loop holes for the corporations or the rich.. The incentive to export jobs and import product gets taken away!
