I think Carl this is one of those rare occasions
where for the most part we agree.

I think if the barriers to a women's progress in any field are artificial then efforts should be made to remove them.

However if the reasons women are not in a field are natural like the natural differences between men and women their likes and dislikes, their interests and such then it would be artificial to try and force something that does not flow naturally.

As for the conservative movement...Me I'm against all movements in general. I think as individuals liberal and or conservatives are in all likelyhood fine people. However once they group together and start movements all hell and evil breaks out and makes a real mess of things. The only movement I'm ever in favor of is a good healthy bowel movement!!
