Looks to me like these are the companies that actuallly did good business. Spent 4 - 7 years proving their business case with essentially their own money. Then and only then did they go public. This is very different from the bubble days when it seemed that any idiot with an idea and a web server could go public and at least net a few bucks from the IPO, no matter how dubious the business was.
