Bubble Survivors??
"Data on initial public offerings from the past year showed that more than half of the companies that went public in 2004 were founded between 1997 and 2000--the height of the dot-com investment bubble."

Looks to me like these are the companies that actuallly did good business. Spent 4 - 7 years proving their business case with essentially their own money. Then and only then did they go public. This is very different from the bubble days when it seemed that any idiot with an idea and a web server could go public and at least net a few bucks from the IPO, no matter how dubious the business was. Other than timing and technology, these companies are very dissimilar from the bubble boys of the 90's.
