Fixing the problem not the symptom
Outsourcing is a symptom of a much bigger issue.

Corprate Laws need to be changed to prevent the wholesale raping of a compaines resources to pay the board members.

Example Kmart:
CEO got paid 14 million for 7 months on the job during a so/so year the previous CEO during a good year (12 months) got 4 million.
CEO Chuck got a 5 million dollar loan on top of hist 14 million and the board forgave the loan(DIDNT have to pay it back)

Also during his time there he was visiting stores all over the country using the company jet (Chicago flight $10,000)
