Once the buying consumer can't afford to even buy the goods and services produced over seas the prices will have to drop to that level.

This problem is because of greed. Not the greed of corporate leaders but the greed of the consumer in general. Consumers want want want and will pay the least they can with no reguards to quality of goods or services. Walmart demonstrates this perfectly.

I watch people in grocery stores buy beef on sale and here people say how beef doesn't tast good. That's because you won't pay for quality so they sell you the crap and consumers just keep buying it up.

Consumers are the cause of this problem.
