That depends on how you define "tax"
If companies no long contribute to the economy that made them great they should no longer have free acces to the benifits, No free rides on the roads that were build with community money. Instead the pay to use them. No tax breaks for them. Extra tax on their products, remember the people in India do still not make enough to buy most of their overpriced products. Make it harder for them to compete in our markets, wich was the initial reason for outsourcing to start with. If this main benefit is thus removed why would they still want to outsource?
