Don't forget that corporations report one set of glowing numbers to Wall Street and another set to the IRS (doom and gloom).

Look for something similar in Washington when they want more visas.

Corporations would prefer if they could get a $10000/year programmer here in the States.
Saturating the employment pool with H1-B's is a means to an end.

It makes perfect immoral sense.
