- Exactly correct...
- The main concern of Project Managers appears to be 1) make sure the client does not have an accurate picture of project challenges 2) managing imaginary expense budgets 3) worrying about the next team "feeding frenzy". IT is the only profession where the typical manager usually has zero hands on experience with the projects they manage. Most of these people have backgrounds that do not involve any IT work at all.
