Weren't they saying this in the 70's?
Weren't they saying this crap in the 70's, how computers were going to change everybody's lives and eliminate the 40 hour work week?

There was a story just a couple of days ago on CNN about how we are working far harder than our parents for less money (adjusted for inflation).

I'll believe these predictions when I see them actually start happening. Do these people do any real research or do they just pull stuff out of their head?
