20 hour week - thats what the new age economy demands
IMHO, technology is changing so fast, that I need to spend time updating and learning new technologies. However currently the work structure for programmers set for more than 40 hours, its difficult to update oneself.

If the 20 hour week is there, the rest of the time if spent wisely to update on new technologies making me at the end of the day more productive to my company.
