CIO
If someone actually did a study they would find that most CIO's don't have the technical experience to handle the jobs. Anyone can manage, but knowing how and what to project and implement within IT takes real experience. I haven't ran across a CIO yet that has been truly impressive other than the standard management practices. For the point of college degrees, college degrees are for those that have to be taught and have no real ability in their profession. The best IT people I have run across are those who are self taught and go getters, those who aren't waiting for someone to provide them a class to learn something new.

Phrase for today: Most College people are already educated beyond their intelligence.
