Behind the scenes.. MSoft vs MA
We all hailed the apparent vision of your fair state. You were able to enact a policy that looked like would have been savvy and smart. I hadno idea that MSoft could get to you after the initial processes were in place. Sad, really. MSoft came over to the EU and thought they could ?BUY? the Germans with incentives and $$ after a similar governmental plan was in place. They ended up offending. Look just a bit behind the scene and you?ll see big $$ or some similar incentive(s), and a MSoft consortium in the wings.. Again, sad, really.
