Once again...
The bureaucrats run a competent person out of office because they don't adhere to the "acceptable politics" of the situation. There are budget shortfalls and going to open source could have saved MA alot of money...yet the politicos refuse that option to the IT chiefs and they end up having to toss their programs as a result. Stupidity. Quinn and Gutierrez knew what they were doing. I suppose someone will be appointed who is in someone else's pockets next. Either the politician's pockets or Microsoft's. Wait and see.
