Scott Adams Has It Right!
Scott Adams, author of the Dilbert comics, has it right. If you go through a good sampling of Dilbert strips or get a couple of his books you will find the answers.

If I were to consult with a company's management my "handbooks" would be Adams' books. But, then again, such management would not pay tens of thousands of dollars for me to tell them they are the root of the problems with their company.
