A very large temp agency
used to give a test on MS Word and Excel in which the knowledgeable user who could right-click and use the context menu would FAIL--if you didn't go step by step through the drop down menus from the menu bar the automated test didn't recognize your actions and you failed. This is true, I swear. I hope they have found better testing software since that time.
