Sounds like a future excuse to be exploited.
If you increase your workforce with foreign labor and the IQ drops, logic dictates that the domestic help is not to blame. But they will be blamed because they are more expensive. It keeps dropping with more foreign help over the years. We all know that good help is not any country's monopoly. A lot of these guys are being educated here in the states.

I always wonder if any of these bastards ever asked the local population if they were willing to work for less pay rather than be a burger jockey? That way you don't eliminate your market that would buy your goods. I guess the land, labor and capital equation didn't register on their economic radar or they slept thru the course in college.
