I totally agree. One thing that's really bad is the whole customer lock-in mentality: Hook them, and then lock them into non-neutral solutions. Then we charge for the extras because it becomes impossible for the customer to switch.

And I'm not just talking technology companies -- everybody seems to be trying that trick.
