- No, Not Yeast, Tsa-Ey
- Yeast takes starch and converts it into ethanol, C2H5OH, which burns to make H20 and CO2. Strain Tsa-Ey takes CO2 and H20 and makes simple carbohydrates (AKA Sugars) formula (CH2O)n, where N= 1 to 7. Tsa-Ey would use solar energy to provide the necessary power to synthesize the sugars, but it is a very complex process, requiring an unbelievably complex infrastructure. There is a naturally occuring version, however, they are called green plants.
