In Qannada, productivity is sapped...
...by the cash demands of its huge, stifling beaucracy. The govt needs the votes of the large civil service to keep its fist wrapped about the privates of Joe Public up here.... Plus the fact that the cost of living is artificially jacked up by endless taxations at every level.
