- Donnieboy, it isn't any safer offsite than onsite. You may throw one of your backups out there but not all of them. You do not put all of your eggs in one basket. Oh, electricity is different than data. Electricity is way more reliable than any data line because it is simpler. Cable goes down even more often than electricity. What do you do? Send everyone home but the terminals are still glowing. We are not going backwards regardless of what you think. The days are thankfully gone. You really shouldn't be playing golf with Larry Ellison & Scott McNealy. The big friggin webtone switch. Gimme a break.
