Data security wiil be the hold up.
How is anyone going to trust their data with a third party?? Every other day you hear about some bank, credit bureau, large corporation, etc. loosing data they have on other people. Electricity powers things, computing power crunches data, until data can be securely separated from the computing power, it not going to happen. Not for critical information anyway.
