Very well said. A consultant's main drive is to make thier own business succeed, not yours. Even if you happen to find someone at one of these companies that knows what thier doing they won't be working on your project very long. They will be pulled away to help with the next money making venture.

Any company that wants to outsource thier IT will never survive.
