Submission is easy - evaluation and implementation are the hard ones
It is amazingly simple to build an Idea Management system that allows employees to submit ideas. That is only around 40% of the problem at best. Getting management to read and take action on the ideas is the hard part, and this is what comes down to the crux of today's idea management systems.
