Will Wipro acquire a US Consulting Co.?

I wonder if a company such as BearingPoint, which has endured more than its share of bad news lately (and thus is quite undervalued in the stock market), would be a good target for acquisition by Wipro or Infosys. It would be a good fit, allowing BearingPoint to tap into a much-needed foreign outsourcing arm, while giving an Indian upstart immediate market precence and a well-known brand name.
