WMA and MS DRM work fine on Linux and Mac
MS licenses porting kits and they are RAND licenses you dolt. Had you done a tiny bit of research you might notice these aren't OS restricted.

www.wm4mac.com for example. Turbo Linux for another. MS impliments on Windows and others can impliment if they choose, on another OS.
