Seems like incentive to illegally download
Hmm, Real gives you 25 free songs that you can only do limited things with. How much you want to bet that this will only lead to Real subscribers using this as a sampling method followed by illegal downloads of unrestricted mp3's?

This seems to be the way things are going as more and more users of online music stores are finding themselves more and more frustrated with the limitations put on them by DRM. Factor that in with the excessive prices charged by online music stores and you have an industry that is potentially killing itself off before it ever really gets going.
