For sure, if someone has been "burned" by a company they might choose not to go back to them because of that. Not only do I understand that sentiment, I also make use it myself.

However, no-one mentioned getting "burned" (Unless it was the voices in your head), and I made a statement based on the assumption that I was replying to the words that had been typed, and not the ones playing in your mind.

Clearly MS has Peed you off enough that you are now unable to think coherently. Go away, take your tablets and have a little rest. When you feel up to it, try reading all of the words before your "Gut reaction" takes a hold of you again and you start making further idiotic statements about serial killers.
