- Has MS filed a patent suit?

Did I miss a patent infringement suit filed by Microsoft? I know they paid SCO for some patents and we can look suspect on the amount (of course if SCO has sued and won againt MS for the patents, would we have cheered?)
Frankly, if an organization sees a standard come out using their patent and does not react in a timely fashion, they should lose rights to it (kind of like trademarks -- which is why if you ask for a "Coke" the server must ask "Is Pepsi okay?"). - Posted by: __howard__ Posted on: 04/23/05 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
