frugal.google.com
Froogle was nice. But it's not theirs. If it was such an obvious title, then why didn't they register it in 2000? Doesn't pass the BS test does it.

So either they buy it off him for some ridiculous amount, or they just use Frugal. By being so obsesses with Froogle they will inevitably overpay for the name.

I think people mostly visit it from Google.com*, so whether they send them to www.froogle.com or frugal.google.com its just a URL.

All their other brands use Google: Google Groups, Google Sets, Google News, ....

* They started putting products into the search results to drive people to it so I don't think it has its own natural traffic.
