Actually

The morning after pill is just a high dose birth control pill. It works exactly the same as "THE PILL" except you floods the system with it the next day instead of being a steady dose everyday. That is not an abortion as their is no fetus yet. The egg still rolls down the tubes and get flushed out with the menstration just like every other month.

So since there is no pregnacy there is nothing to terminate.

Now there are pills that can terminate pregnacy. Those are differnt and very dangerous to use so they are physician admistered if they are legal in your country.
