Wrongo Fungo
The state comptroller of Texas has already laid a plan where by EBAYers would be required to file for a doing business anonymously permit and acquire a taxing permit. With that they would be required to file taxes collected. Other states in the US are requiring EBAYers to obtain auction liscenses and collect taxes paid. These are just a few examples. Brick and mortar Mom and Pops already in some states have to collect tax form buyers in their state.

The states will squeeze every nickel than can if the can get away with it.

Be worried
