Mom/Pop E-Bayers
I know some of these folks that sell on EBAY more as a quarterly garage sale to suppliment their fixed income. I think the law of unintended consequences may kick in and hurt these folks.

On EBAY and local brick and mortar sales. These goofy legislators fail to recognize the amount of cash that would not normally be brought into the state. This money is spent in the state and taxes gained through normal sales tax. They want to tax what has already been taxed already.
