Can you imagine bureaucratic costs associated when millions of Mom and Pop Ebayers/on line stores are tagged as tax collectors? This can turn into such a can of worms that I wonder if the costs would be worth it for the states?

WAIT A MINUTE what am I saying? That has never stopped them before. I can just imagine the many schemes concocted by the states to insure that they get theirs. IMO I do believe that applying a sales tax to internet sales would seriously hurt the internet as a sales tool.

For ya'll that think that the States need the money and that it is OK I would have another argument against it. My argument is that the states need to do as I do and CUT SPENDING and LIVE WITHIN current means.
