Comcast Stock Answers
Hi, "Hugh".

That's the same answer Comcast gives me. I think it's the only thing on their script. To be fair, resetting everything by unplugging the router solves my problem 99% of the time, but I knew it would be useless for this issue, because IRC still worked, so the connection itself was fine. Therefore, I didn't even bother calling Comcast, because I knew they'd tell me to do something useless.
